They come in a two pack which is so ideal for swapping out and the straps help keep it comfortable as well as to stay in place. Incredible value and super easy to use! Freezes a little too stiff at first but after it thaws a bit it works well.

Good for knee pain but they defrost quickly. I’d suggest buying two sets if you plan to use them often. I’ve shared with family and they kept their shape, still freeze well and are work for pain relief.

I’ve had these for over a year, and I have gotten some good use out of them, however, there have been problems. When I first received them, the Velcro was sewn on incorrectly so that the straps simply did not overlap on the correct points to apply and stay attached. Probably would have returned them at the time, except I’m a hobby seamstress, so I fixed it myself. The size and shape of these are great, and I much preferred them over a larger gel ice pack I bought at the same time (gave that one to my mom). The larger pack kept falling off because it was too heavy, and I wanted these to stay attached if I had to get up during a commercial break to run to the kitchen. They did that well. They did not, however, stay cold for very long. Usually had to swap out for the next one when the first one defrosted.
I have had these for over a year now, but only used them occasionally. Used them last night, and today found lots of the little gel balls scattered around my room. The pack broke and a bunch of the gel balls popped out. So, again, these ice packs have been useful, but not ideal, and apparently not super durable.

I ordered this item a few months ago to use for my upcoming knee surgery next week. I started using the gel wraps a month ago and one of them is already leaking and the gel beads are coming out. See white-circled area in the attached photo. I feel this should be covered under warranty and am requesting the company to replace it. I like the wrap and it works fine, but am disappointed it has begun to leak after such a short time.

I had two knee surgeries this year and these are perfect. Molds to your knee, velcro keeps it in place for easy movement and changing positions. Stays very cold for 20-30 min as directed by my physician. They can also be used in other areas, but for any knee surgery or knee replacement they ate perfect. Great price, well made, sturdy.

If you only need one for one knee, having the two pads means you can keep wear one and freeze the other so you can keep swapping over. The beads inside are flexible and squashy so make a comfortable pad to wear. It doesn’t stay cold for as long as I hoped and if you reckon 2 hours is needed in the freezer to get your spare down to temperature, you may have a little gap in between but it is not a great problem. I managed to keep mine going most of the day in this way and I must say it has been very beneficial for a swollen and painful knee after an accident.
