   These are good quality and affordable. I’m allergic to fish, so I have trouble with fish oil. These seem pure because I do not get a reaction to them. The smell and taste aren’t great, but I haven’t experienced “fish burps” like some people do with fish oil. I’ve noticed an increase in mood and energy after beginning these. Highly recommend them.
