Even though this knee pillow is marketed for pregnancy, I bought it to help with hip pain from side sleeping as I’ve gotten older — and I’m glad I did! The reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try.
I’m a very picky sleeper and have lots of sensory issues with sheets, pillows, nightgowns, and anything I use at night. If something is even slightly uncomfortable, I won’t use it. But I can honestly say this pillow is comfortable and doesn’t bother me at all.
Best of all, it really helps reduce my hip pain, making side sleeping much more comfortable.
Pros:
Comfortable even for sensitive sleepers
Stays in place and doesn’t irritate
Helps relieve hip pain
Great quality for the price
If you struggle with hip pain from side sleeping — whether you’re pregnant or not — this pillow is absolutely worth trying!

Incredible product for side sleepers. I tried two other different pillows that were rated very highly but this one is the best and it’s cooling. His pillow was originally designed for moms with your side sleep when you’re having lower back pain I highly recommend this pillow.

This cushion has been a huge help to me. I have only had it for about 2 weeks but can say that it has significantly reduced the pressure on my sciatic nerve which had been giving me horrendous pain for the last few months. I went from sleeping about 4 hours a night to 6-7 and have much less pain during the day. I had avoided purchasing a pillow for between the knees for a long time because it’s difficult to find something with the appropriate amount of firm vs soft, but this was perfect. The foam is firm enough for support and soft enough that it doesn’t cause pain at the site where it lays, bravo!
I also haven’t had any issues with the strap, it doesn’t cause me any discomfort and has stayed in place throughout the night. I’m very happy with this pillow 🙂

I was having a lot of pain in my sciatic nerve. This pillow has helped me not wake up in pain and eases the pain of the day so I can fall asleep.

My doctor recommended I get this foor my poor pelvic floor strength and it has worked wonders. It’s perfectly soft and comfy. The strap helps keep it in place. For someone with thick thighs it stays in place really well and stays as cool as it can.

I’m slowly becoming a momcozy loyalist. This has changed the way I sleep in the best way possible. For my first pregnancy I just used a regular pillow between my legs, but it was bulky, annoying, and I’d always have to adjust it in the middle of the night. I told myself I’d buy a nicer one for my second, and this was my choice. This one stays put not only because of the shape, but because of the strap. It’s soft, cooling, keeps its shape all night, and doesn’t bother me at all even when I’m tossing and turning. 10/10

Bought this for sleeping after knee surgery. I thought the elastic gathered band would end up getting cut off – but – it’s not bad! I put the band on my good leg for ease of moving it, but it doesn’t get lost in the covers this way. Genius idea! Also I have unzipped and washed and it came out beautiful! Very firm, almost like memory foam, super comfy!

BEFORE PILLOW:
First time mom here! I was using a regular sleeping pillow between my knees since about 8 weeks pregnant. We have a queen-sized bed and I was worried a huge pregnancy pillow would be too cumbersome and take up too much space, so I was determined to make-do with what we already had. You know, for money reasons. I sleep 80% of the time on my left side, but do enjoy switching sides occasionally, and I wasn’t sure if turning over would be even possible with one of those large U-shaped pillows.
When my pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over became a true challenge. At about 8 weeks pregnant, I needed a regular pillow between my knees to help with hip discomfort, so once the pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over with the pain AND a standard-sized pillow was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. My sleep was disrupted from pain, and having to pull the pillow out from my knees, turn over, drag the pillow to the new spot under the sheets, position it, and get comfortable again.
I eventually found this Momcozy knee pillow and it seemed like a great solution for me personally, so I tried it out for the price.
AFTER THE KNEE PILLOW:
I roll over at night almost without thinking, now! I move cautiously still due to the ebs and flow of the pelvic pain, but not because I have to focus on keeping the pillow in place. Functionally, the scrunchy leg strap is barely-there in a good way, meaning I’m not distracted by the sensation, and I don’t even worry about having to transition a full-size pillow with me when I turn =) I honestly forget it’s there. The height and firmness is perfect: feels plush and comfy memory foam, but doesn’t lose shape at all overnight.
Highly recommend!
