   The Mo Cuishle massage pillow comes in a nice cardboard box with a plastic carrying handle, a standard 110v~240v power adapter, and a seperate car power adapter. The pillow has a soft leather (suprised me) , the quality of which is very good.

   I first sampled this product at a local store that focuses on the back and the relaxation thereof…I’m sure you can figure out which one. I loved the product but wasn’t about to pay 129 dollars for it. You can imagine my surprise when I saw it was available on Amazon for 49 dollars.

   My biggest concern was the strength of the motor. I.e, how much pressure can you place on it before the motor begins to whirl from too much weight. I’m not a huge guy, 190 pounds on a 6 foot frame, but big enough to potentially strain the device depending on my sitting position and area where the pillow is placed. Let me tell you, I’ve placed this device underneath my thighs while sitting in an office chair and the balls kept rolling albeit a little bit slower. Now, it remains to be seen the long term stress this places on the motor but so far so good. I use it on multiple spots everyday; thighs, back, and neck specifically.

   There is no heat adjustment setting, however, the heat is absolutely perfect for me, between the high and medium setting on my heating pad (high being too hot for long term, medium being too cold). The operaton couldn’t be simpler, a single push on the only button turns heat on and off, 1 seconds to turn off.

   The message action is wonderfull, The advantage of the pillow over a full message chair is the ability to place the pillow exactly where you need relief, instead of having to adjust your body to a fixed chair (or go thru a seperate setup proccess). The portability of the pillow is also a nice plus, its small and portable (you can even use the box it comes in for storage and transportation) with a convienent strap for attaching it to your car seat if desired.

   Overall this pillow did the trick for me, relieved my back pain and saved me lots of money over a message chair.I’m extremely happy with the purchase thus far and finding it for 100 dollars cheaper is the icing on the cake. I will update my review over the next few months paying special attention to the life of the internal motor. Happy relaxation!

   It’s a smaller machine but it’s sturdy. The heat is really nice, not too hot, but warm enough to loosen your muscles. The machine has a switch that allows you to reverse the rotation of the massage nodules. If you like a very firm massage, you will love this. The two things I do not like about this massager is the power cord is flimsy and easily pulls out of the wall, and the fact that you can’t change the speed is a real bummer because it’s too fast. I do still like it, though. It’s good for my lower back where my weight allows a little resistance and it slows down. It’s not my favorite, but it’s really good for the price and the features it does offer.

   This is amazing!!! I can use it in my car or in my house with the adapters that came with it. Don’t over use it or you will be sore. The speed is not adjustable, but I don’t mind that. Seems very durable as I have thrown it around my car, brought into and out of the house. The heat could be hotter, but I am ok with the temp it gets. I can leave work tense and irritable, but by the time I get home, this thing has my knotted shoulders undone.

   I enjoy the “deep” pressure that you can get with this.

   Pros: It works great, and it is cheaper than a massage. It is portable and easy to use. Cons: After only 5 months of consistent daily use, for chronic pain, the mesh covering began to fray and tear. The gears also started to grind and slip. It only took a few days for the tear on the mesh to get bigger and it became too unsafe to use because, even when not on the heat option, it would cause “rug-like burns” on my skin from the friction created by the knobs that were no longer protected by the mesh. I even tried putting a piece of cloth over it during use, but this only caused the gears to bunch up the cloth. I tried to contact the seller but got no response. Conclusion: It was great until it wasn’t. It is a great product if you are only going to use it occasionally, but it won’t last long if using daily for chronic pain.

   I like it a lot. I have chronic lower back pain that sometimes becomes more acute, like at present. This gadget does a good job of massaging my tight muscles and relieving the pain. Compared to a TENS (electric stim) unit I also have, I find this easier to use and probably more effective. The massager also offers a bit of heating if you want it. Not much, but it’s good to have as an option.

   There are a number of different but similar small Shiatsu massagers out there. I chose this one largely because the on/off control switch is on the power cord, not the massager itself, which I think makes the on/off switch much easier to reach when the massager is resting between your lower back and a chair. That said, I wish they had put the control switch a bit further out on the power cord. It’s still a bit awkward to use.

   SO HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS ONE .I use a back massager a lot …I got an expensive one as a gift ..eventually it stopped working .. I tried 2 and returned them .because you can lay flat on them .. This massager you get a deep massage and you can control the direction instead of it being automatic . And its my favorite color ! .. Great Quality .great Price

   Works great message wise for different areas on the body. The heat is not as hot as I like it. I am use to inferred this is not that type of heat. However I was more interested in the deep tissue message to loosen up the neck. I did not want to spend crazy money either. Good product for me.
