This massager is a very convenient light devise. It fits perfectly on an office chair, regular chair or sofa, making it very useful if you are sitting for a long time. It comes also with a car adapter. The rollers go up and down and if placed up closer to the neck it provides a great massage on neck and shoulders. The heat has 2 settings, it is controlable and comfortable. There is an intensity setting as well. The size and weight makes it easy to transport. It is a great massager to start your day with.
