The massager certainly has a strong massaging power. It massages at 3 different speeds and even when laying back on it you can feel it really work the muscles. The knobs rotate in both directions and switch directions automatically during the massage cycle. The cushioning of the massager itself is super comfortable and it lays nicely behind your back. It also has a strap that you can use to strap it to the back of a chair and well as a cable to attach it to the cigarette lighter in your car to keep the blood flowing on long drives.
