I love that it’s cordless and rechargeable, which makes it super convenient to use anywhere, work, home or even while relaxing on the couch. The adjustable intensity levels are perfect for customizing the massage depending on how tight my muscles feel that day.
The design is comfortable, well-made, and easy to control. After just 10 15 minutes, my neck feels noticeably looser and more relaxed. This has been a lifesaver for stress and muscle pain.
Highly recommend this to anyone dealing with neck, shoulder, or upper back tension. It also makes a fantastic gift

This massager has completely changed the way I handle tension and soreness. It feels like having a personal masseuse on call. The 4D shiatsu kneading is strong and effective while the graphene heating adds just the right amount of soothing warmth. It melts away stiffness in minutes.
I really appreciate the cordless design. I can use it anywhere, at my desk, on the couch, or in bed, and the battery lasts for multiple sessions before needing a charge. The controls are simple, so adjusting heat or intensity is effortless.
It is not just for the neck and shoulders. I have used it on my lower back and it works just as well. Between the ergonomic design, the deep kneading, and the heat, it truly feels like spa level relief at home.
Five shining stars. If you are considering it, do not hesitate. This is a must have for anyone dealing with stress, tension, or long hours at a desk.

This is the third massager that I have purchased in an effort to find something to help the tension my neck due to arthritis. The first was a joke; the “massage” was a puff of air. Second was the perfect item for torture; it dug and pinched as well as crawled up while in use. I overlooked the one I am reviewing because it didn’t look substantial, but when I tried it out, it was much more effective than the others. The strap design allows you to adjust the massage infinitely so that it can be used in very specific areas making it more useful. There are many massage “balls” that do a good job of kneading muscles and there are two settings as well. The heat mode also has two settings which I think is a plus. Another plus: it was the least expensive.

Garbage 🗑
People say “awh, its like a real massage, feels just like a masseuses fingers”, which is BS, its a mechanical device!!
– Positives –
+ Does sit on your back / neck
+ Moves in multiple directions, but not automatically say half way through, you manually have to change it
+ Heat works well, and is fast. Downside, can get too hot 🔥, so youll likely turn it off, and there is only one heat setting.
– Negatives –
– The mid trap thing, meh, pointless
– The overall experience? 1/5. Not therapeutic.
– I used it with no neck pain, just to test it, and its not pleasurable in any way. Was i loosened up? Meh, no, not really. I felt “something”, (insignificant / useless) but later my neck felt worse!
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
* Deal with the root cause. Posture, stress, physio. Maybe do some neck tucks, but get professional advice first
* If you want some self care devices, 30-60 seconds (or longer) with a massage gun not directly on neck, hear me clearly, on traps / ridge of neck, that will losen things right up and do a far superior job. Bob and Brad entry level massage gun “may” be worth considering, i dont know, but you dont have to get a theragun pro like me. Or, get a manual massage device for direct use on neck. and use it for a minute or 2, that would be better
* Do i recommend this? Absolutely not. But, if you have no other solutions, maybe youre a senior, and want something passive? Hmm, i guess “possibly” better than nothing?? I guess the reviews are outstanding. I have degeneration in my neck (arthritis) I do weight training as recommended by physio, and i know if I did have pain / discomfort / tightness, like you, this wont do anything, not for me. Complete garbage. Waste of money 💰
– Non therapeutic
– Nothing like a real massage
– Not pleasure if thats what youre thinking (Not why I bought it)
– I felt more pain after using it
– Kind of too soft at highest setting
– A massage gun is Far superior at a fraction of time
– At best, its may increase some blood flow, yes ill admit that, but still garbage to me.
No, this will not help with pain, tension or muscle tightness or arthritis, is certainly no solution, or treatment plan.
Take some deep breaths relaxing neck and shoulders, allow your shoulders to drop. Do that let’s say 5 minutes.

This massager is amazing. The heat feels really nice, and the kneading actually gets deep into my neck and shoulders. I love that it’s cordless so I can use it anywhere. It really helps when I’m sore or tense and when im sitting in a desk all day. Definitely one of my favorite purchases.

This neck and shoulder massager is exactly what I needed. I spend a lot of time on the computer for work and also love playing games on my phone during my free time, so my neck and shoulders are often sore. This massager helps immensely. It has a heat function, can change direction, and best of all, it’s cordless. It charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time, which makes it super convenient. I also love that it can easily be placed on the back if needed, and it works just as well there. I feel so much more relaxed after using it.

I’ve been using this adjustable back massager, and it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. The fact that it’s rechargeable makes it super convenient — no messy cords, and I can use it anywhere, whether on the couch, in bed, or even in my office chair. What I love most is how easy it is to adjust the angle and position, so it fits perfectly to different parts of my back. The massage nodes are powerful but comfortable, and you can really target small areas that need extra attention. After a long day, it gives me instant relief and relaxation. The compact size also makes it easy to store or carry when traveling. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a practical, effective, and portable massager that actually works!
Mrs.P_RC –
I’ve tried a few massagers but this Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat is by far the best one yet. The 4D shiatsu kneading nodes feel incredibly close to a real massage therapist’s hands, and the upgraded graphene heating is a nice touch — it warms up fast and stays at a soothing temperature without getting too hot. The cordless design is super convenient. I can walk around, sit on the couch, or even use it while working at my desk without worrying about wires. It’s also lightweight and surprisingly portable. I mainly use it for my neck and upper back, but it also works great on the lower back when I switch positions. Battery life is solid. This is a must-have. It’s helped me relax at the end of long workdays and even improved my sleep. Highly recommend!

This neck and shoulder massager is amazing! The 4D shiatsu kneading feels just like real hands, and the heat option makes it even more relaxing. I really like that it’s cordless — super convenient to use anywhere without being tied to an outlet. The design is comfortable, and it works well not just on the neck and shoulders but also on my back and legs.
Battery life is good, and the graphene heating warms up quickly, providing great relief after a long day. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry, making it a thoughtful gift idea for family and friends.
Overall, this is a fantastic product that combines comfort, portability, and effectiveness. I use it daily and feel the difference!
