Dr and PT recommended this and so happy I listened to them, for once. This wraps easily and completely around my swollen knee and calf. The straps keep it in place and material has a lot of give to it so I can walk with it if needed. comes with plastic bag for cold storage so it won’t absorb fridge odors. Happy to finally throw out rotting bag of peas that smelled like garlic.

It is fantastic at first when I froze it seemed heavy but it adapts to area that is hurt. Easy to put on, super cooling last a long time and straps are a good length would fit any type of body. Well made great value.

I have Spinal Stenosis, sciatica, a shoulder scapula, pull muscle on my elbow right arm and a lot of inflammation. ok with that, if anyone has experience any of these painful traumas know how painful it can be and the discomfort that comes with it, I have tried everything thing one can come up with to easy my pain and finally I came across this product and have found a tremendous relief. What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient. I recommended this product to anyone that is in any discomfort. I am 76 years old, and I didn’t think it was possible but yes am able to sleep more and laugh a little.
