Big enough to wrap around your leg. It holds it in.place securely. Able to get cold compression on the sides of your leg and not just the front.

I ordered this set of 2 knee ice packs so that after knee surgery, I could always one ready to go. The ice pack stays cold for about 30 minutes. I was especially pleased with how comfortable it is. The Velcro crossover straps keeps the ice pack fitting snugly against your leg. I’m 5’1”, 136 lbs., but I think it would fit people smaller and larger than me.

Doesn’t stay cold for very long but it is effective as it goes around the knee on front and sides.

This ice pack has brought great relief and results for coping post knee replacement surgery. It is comfortable and stays in place with leg elevated or down. The retention of the cold is phenomenal.

Just used it on my knee (don’t know why I added that lol). Before I was using ice wrapped in cloth. This band is not messy as holding a soggy cloth. It sits in place as there are 4 velcro points and built-in sleeves to hold gel packs. And because it is 3 panels is ice packs, one gets a nice coverage of the front and sides. Don’t try to walk about with it. It says to put your foot straight and put it on. Stay laying down for the 20 minutes… all that is part of the rest you need. The sleeves also act as the needed barrier to prevent ice burns.
After opening my package I realised it comes with a 3yr warranty. This is excellent. Although I signed up, the product is well-made and comfortable. My legs are big, but because of how these are made with the adjustable straps, it fit and held well.

Purchased this for recovery from knee surgery. Good quality and very easy to use.

Works mostly as advertised. Fits the knee well but a bit awkward to put on. I am disappointed how quickly the ice pack “loses its cool.” Otherwise, a good product.
