This one is really good for helping my back and shoulder pain after long time working at the desk. The heating function feels nice and gets warm very fast. It’s easy to use, and changing the modes is also very convenient. Even though it can’t totally replace a real massage, the relaxing effect is really great, especially for this price.

This is better than I expected it to be. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done.
It has 2 modes, 2 intensities, 2 vibration levels, and 2 heat settings. It only massages at the bottom and vibrates at the top.
The 1st mode continuously moves. The 2nd mode moves for a few seconds and stops for a few seconds. I prefer the 1st mode but the 2nd is nice too.
The intensity is powerful. I can’t use it on high because it’s too intense for me.
The vibration is kind of loud. It has to be positioned just right to feel. I don’t really care for this feature so I always have it off.
The heat is great! It really gets hot and feels like a heating pad.
The hardest part about using this is getting it positioned just right. It takes some maneuvering but once it’s there it feels great! I do flip it upside down to use it on my shoulders and upper back. It fits a little weird that way, but it does help with pain there.
Overall this is great for someone with lower back pain. It would be nice to have in your chair if you sit at a desk all day.

This is an amazing item especially if you have neck strain or pain after working all day. It fits perfectly on a chair so it can be used while working. It can also be lowered and moved to different parts of you neck, shoulders and back. Shipping was fast and I had no problems with delivery. Great gift idea for that person who has everything!!

Not my favorite back massager. I did like it for my neck though. The reason for 3 stars, its bulky, the cord for the remote isn’t long enough and the rotation doesn’t reverse. I also didn’t find the vibration feature was doing anything. I could hear it but not feel it. Some cool features is there’s a strap to attach it to a chair and you can use it in your car.
