I have a job where I am sitting at a computer 90% of the time and I have tension and stiffness in my neck. This massager is fantastic at relieving pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulder, and back. I even used it on my arms and it also helped there. I looe that it’s a plug in and not a battery because I dont have to worry about charging it, it’s always ready to go. It works elliptical for the price!

I love this neck and shoulder massager! The heat andkneading feel just like a real massage, and it takes away all my tension after work. It’s easy to use, fully rechargeable, and works great on my back and legs too. The quality feels durable, and the relief is instant , I highly recommend for anyone with muscle pain or stiffness! Great for it’s price too.

I’ve been using the iKristin Neck Massager with Heat for a few weeks, and it really helps to relax my tight neck and shoulders after a long day. The shiatsu kneading feels like a real massage, and the heat function makes the muscles warm and loose very quickly. I like that you can change the direction and intensity, so it’s comfortable whether I’m sitting on the couch or working at my desk. The strap handles make it easy to position on different areas like the upper back. It’s a little noisy when running, but the relief it gives is definitely worth it.

Massager was excellent until it wasn’t. Lasted about 10 months, and now I it won’t turn on anymore.

I got this neck and back massager as a gift from a friend, and it’s honestly one of the best gifts I’ve ever received! The heat and 3D kneading feel just like a real massage. It melts away all the tension in my neck, shoulders, and even my lower back after a long day. I love that I can also use it on my legs and feet too. It’s so good that I ended up buying another one for each room in my house, so I can relax anywhere anytime. Definitely worth it. Everyone needs one of these!

This thing is so amazing. I had to go back and double check the price, I had to verify that I paid so little for it for the value. This thing is a game changer. My shoulders are always tense and sore after work and my neck is always bothering me and I’ve been using this every night while I sit and watch TV and it so effective. It feels like someone is truly kneading your muscles

I really enjoy this neck massager. My neck has been hurting ever since I got into a car accident 3 years ago. This helps me feel some relief from that neck pain especially with the heat setting on. I will say that sometimes it feels a little rough, but it gets deep into the muscles which is good. My favorite part is that it comes with an adapter to be able to use in your car when you’re parked. Super cool product!
