Kortney McGee –
This a good at home massager. Works really well. I use it on my neck, but mostly on my lower back. I like that it is heated. Easy to use and it feels comfortable when I use it. Applies just the right amount of pressure where I need it.

I will purchase this product and after some day’s this product will not working properly

I love this article for the very special use that one gives it for muscle massages and pains in different parts of the body, it relaxes you in a good way and also has for massages with heat and two rotating senses in addition to regulating the speeds

I was honestly surprised by how well this Hiatsu neck and back massager works. The kneading pressure is just right after a long day, and the gentle heat really helps loosen up neck and shoulder tension. It’s super easy to use—yes, it’s not cordless, but the cable doesn’t get in the way. It’s become part of my daily routine, and it would make a great gift for anyone who needs a little extra relaxation. Highly recommend!

It’s bigger than I thought it would be, but it works fine and actually helped the two areas of my neck that I couldn’t get relief from. It’s truly a very good product and not expensive at all.
Marcos salazar –
I really like this. It really loosens up my neck.

This neck and back massager is a great choice if you want quick relief from tight, sore muscles. The deep-tissue kneading nodes work well on stubborn tension, and the added heat helps relax the muscles even more. It’s easy to use, fits comfortably around the neck and shoulders, and can also be used on the upper or lower back. The pressure is strong enough to feel like a real massage, and it’s perfect after a long day of work or sitting. Overall, it’s a convenient, effective, and relaxing massager that gives solid relief without needing to visit a therapist.

I was very happy with purchase and quick delivery I even ordered one for my sister. I was very disappointed that when I opened the box it did not have an Australian plug and now need to buy an adapter. Very disappointing.
Som –
Product seems good.
Disappointed you need an adaptor for the power lead as it is not an Australian plug.

This Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager is incredibly relaxing and delivers a true deep-tissue feel. The kneading nodes work out tight knots in the neck, shoulders, and back, and the gentle heat adds the perfect touch of comfort. It’s easy to use and feels like a mini spa session at home. Even though it’s not cordless, the power gives it strong, consistent pressure. A fantastic gift for anyone who needs stress relief!

The UFFAE shiatsu neck and back massager has been extremely effective for muscle tightness and stress. The kneading nodes feel strong and target sore areas well, and the heat function adds noticeable relief without becoming too hot. It contours nicely around the neck and shoulders and can also be used on the lower back or thighs.
The controls are simple, and the direction change helps prevent the massage from feeling repetitive. It feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy or underpowered like many similar products. This has become a regular part of my routine and provides real relief after long days. Excellent value for the quality and performance.

The item stopped turning on within 2 weeks. Before that, it had heating issues meaning it won’t turn on after 1 or 2 uses and now it doesn’t turn on at all.
