About half the time, the tape “rolls” off my leg, so it’s not as sticky as it could be. I do like the precut strips though.

Wrapping my foot with this tape for plantar fasciitis has really helped. It gives wonderful support and stays in place. There is a little learning curve in slowly peeling the backing away as you wrap so the tape doesn’t fold, but once you learn to do that rather than peeling the back off first, it adheres very well and gives the needed support. I have already reordered more.

My experience with this sports tape is it a good comparison to the other top brands that are much higher in price
this works the same I didn’t have any allergies to the adhesive on the back
Can easily cut the larger pieces to custom Fit
