This pillow works great! Wonderful soft cover on the cool pillow, very comfortable and springs right back into shape after each use. Does not feel hot while using and helps relieve knee pain for sound sleeping. Perfect size for optimal comfort.

The idea is sound but the foam is too soft to offer support. Despite being 4”, it caves completely under pressure (unlike firmer foam found in square pillows for side sleepers for example). The result, is that my knees are literally touching each other, despite using this pillow. I’m like 5’6” 120lbs for reference. The ankle support is fine, but if it’s only supporting the ankles, you’re still out of alignment, and believe me- you can feel it in real time.
A nice idea, but I’d honestly find something firmer. for me it was kind of a waste of money, with a pretty hefty price tag, and I’m still on the search for a knee and ankle pillow that works.

I am 5’3 & 120 pounds so I ordered the 3inches. I have been working on healthy sleeping habits and being mindful of keeping the natural curvature of my spine after suffering from a disc hernia. This pillow lets my legs stay aligned if I move them because the pillow sits between my whole leg & not just my knee like other knee pillows. It is very cool and does not get too hot to sleep with! I love the handle for transport. My cat also knows how comfortable it is as he tries steal it from me by laying on it when he can!

I have slept with a pillow between my knees for many years for my deteriorating back problem. I have always used regular reasonably firm bed pillows which eventually flatten out and picking a new one of the right firmness is always a challenge. I decided to try this pillow designed for my application, feeling not optimistic about memory foam but open minded.
From the first night I thought it was the best option I have ever tried. I bought the 4″ one based on users’ comments and it provides very good support. I have to change sleeping positions often at night and thought the size of the pillow would make moving awkward but that is not my experience. I put a king size pillow case over it to allow it to slide on my percale sheets to make moving easy.
I don’t know if the memory foam will change over time but i am very pleased with the support I get from this pillow and highly recommend it to other back pain sufferers.

I’ve tried various sizes and types of pillows for between my knees as a side sleeper with chronic back pain, hip pain and muscle spasms. This is by far the best yet!! This pillow is the perfect length, width and firmness and doesn’t loose its shape during the night, giving me some relief and better sleep. It’s also not too heavy for turning over during the night. It allows me to bend my knees or have my legs straight with plenty of room for foot support. It feels great to have my hips aligned as well. I use a pillow case, but it has a soft cover that’s washable as well. It seems like it will last a long time too!

Love the shape and foam material but the surface material pills. I would suggest they provide a form-fitting washable cover of non-pilling material. I use a normal-sized pillowcase but it doesn’t fit properly.

Had it for over a month and I’m waking up from knee pain. It’s going flat under pressure of my knee and might as well not even have it. Plus the shape of it is weird and it’s annoying and also slips out from that and the flatness. Too expensive for this piece of junk.
