This is the best knee ice support. It does get very cold when put in the freezer but it feels so good. I will eventually need a knee replacement but until then this helps. I use it on and off my treadmill.

The sleeve did great post total knee replacement but the initial cold only lasted about 10 minutes before it started warming up. It did help to put an ice pack over top of it. This surrounds the whole joint with cold where an ice pack only covers part of the knee.

I bought the one for your head when I saw it pop up on an add. I used to use a corn bag in the freezer when I had severe headaches or migraines. But they pick up smells from my freezer and can be hard to keep on while getting into comfortable positions. The headache ice pack worked PERFECT and was comfortable and stayed in place. It was so good that I ordered all 5 of the other ice packs in this line because my husband and I are in our 40s now. I have upper body joint pain and he has lower. It’s comfy and easy to put one on any joint and go about your business without it restricting your movement. These can be used cold or warmed in the microwave, however, mine Al live in the freezer. I haven’t tried them warm. The ONLY con in my eye is that they don’t stay cold for as long as a regular ice pack, but I think because you can wear it more easily, you probably get as much targeted ice to where it needs to be in shorter time. It also cools back off faster in the freezer, so I still think it’s a win!

I really like the cooling compression on my knee. It gets quite cold in the freezer and is easy to put on. I would give it five stars but it only stays cold for 15-20 minutes. It is very soothing though. The material is decent quality and it’s thicker than another brand I own. I’ve had it for months and it is still in good shape.

Excellent for anyone with arthritic issues or sports related injuries. I use them all the time. Only issue is that I would have liked the freeze to last a good 20 mins

This ice pack is exactly what I needed. I keep mine in the freezer and I put it on for half an hour and it has brought down the swelling so much. Very comfortable to wear.

Alot of people are saying “too large buy a size down”, maybe don’t? I don’t think the point of this is to be tight, I think the idea is to be form fitting and cold. Bigger sleeve = more thermal mass = colder longer. It doesn’t stay cold for super long but the heat transfer is impressive it’s borderline painfully cold in a good way when you first put it on. Likewise while it doesn’t stay cold as long, it gets cold faster so I use it two or three times a day at maximum cold for 15 minutes each instead of having to wait 24 hours for the old traditional knee ice pace style I had before. (The package on my old one said allow 48 hours in freezer before use) This one’s good to go in like 45 minutes. So comfortable as well using this to treat patellar bursitis and seeing fast results.

Soft, well made and comfortable. Stays cool for about 20 minutes as expected. Has helped knee soreness from Pickleball and other activities.
