Easy to use, decent support. I found that after a few weeks’ usage, the stretch recovery really wore out and it’s no longer very effective. I’m a small woman, (about a size 2) so it’s not as if I was stretching the straps to their limit or anything like that. Now to get the same support as when I first got the brace, I have to pull the center strap until it’s well beyond where it is supposed to sit, so the velcro reaches over and into the center/patella area.

I bought this knee brace over six months ago and have been using it regularly when I play basketball. For reference, I’m 6’1″ and around 240 pounds. With some recent weight gain, my knees have definitely been feeling the impact during games. I’m still pretty athletic for my size, and my playstyle is more active than stationary, which puts extra strain on my joints.
I originally bought this for my left knee because it would get sore after playing. Right away, I noticed a big difference with the brace on. I even wore it the next day to help with recovery, and it really helped ease the soreness. For the price, I was honestly impressed.

I got this for a marathon since my knee still feels unstable after a meniscus lesion. It is very comfortable, easy to wear and to fasten. I like that all of the surface is compatible with Velcro, this way there is no limit to fasten the straps.
