FYI –
Nongreasy topical pain reliever. I like the smell. It goes in well, absorbs completely and provides pain relief as expected.

Works wonders but it smells soo strong. I swear it was like I was cutting onions my eyes were watering. its a medicated smell like Bengay, Absorbine., Tiger Balm

Did help with the pain from back spasms while I waited to get into the doctor. Only downside is the smell it’s strong and it lingers where your skin touches but I think that’s pretty universal with pain relief creams.

This cream works for pain. I have
a pain pump for my lower back, which does not help anything higher than the lower back. I suffer from extreme pain from my waist up, so I ask my husband to rub it from my waist up. The pain subsides 99.9%. For some reason, my back starts to itch desperately. I have to take an Allegra and put some soothing cream on it to relieve the itching. In all honesty, I can’t
blame this cream for the itching because I suffer from severe allergies to a large number of antibiotics and other prescription medications.
Yesterday, I had a horrible fall and, among other
things, I hit my right knee. An hour after the fall
my knee started throbbing in pain. My husband asked me what he could do to help. I asked him to massage this cream on my knee – very gently because of the pain. He massaged the cream very softly, but thoroughly. I was expecting to start itching soon, just like it does on my back. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pain went away totally, and NO itching.
Bottom line, this cream really, truly works to alleviate pain in different parts of the body. I highly
recommend it!

I’ve tried many popular pain creams with similar ingredients and never had any issues or reactions. I don’t have any allergies that I’m aware of. The Advil Targeted Relief Cream worked great at first when I put it on my knees, calves and lower back before going to bed in a cold room. It was nice and icy and on the stronger side relative to other pain creams, but the next morning while working out, the areas where I used the cream the night before started burning and the skin became irritated as my body began heating up from my workout. Any exposure to heat made it worse, I went into the dry sauna and my skin was burning to the point that I had to get out. Took a cold shower and used soap to try removing any residue of the cream from my skin but it only cooled down for a little bit until my body naturally warmed up a little later. The burning sensation returned, although more tolerable and mild than earlier in morning- and even felt cooling as well- as long as I stayed in a cool environment.
This cream is very strong and intense and its residual effects do not “wear off” for many hours after its intended duration. I really liked this product at first and would have definitely continued using it for pain if it didn’t have this long lasting side-effect which seems to be triggered by heat. It has a strong mentholated smell which didn’t bother me since I usually apply stronger creams like this at night before bed. If you plan to use this product, I strongly recommend staying away from any heat for at least the following 12 hours. If it didn’t have these side effects, I’d give it 5 stars.

Broke my arm and had a lot of connecting tissue damage. Bones healed but it seemed to take a long time for the tissue soreness to go away. After three days of applying this once or twice a day I noticed a real improvement in overall soreness. It seemed to last even when it wasn’t being applied. Seems to have aided healing. My pain level is significantly reduced and function has improved. I’ve tried many other topical remedies for the problem. This is the one that worked.

It really does work. At least for me. I applied it on my sore neck/shoulder area just before bed. About eight hours later, when I got up, I could still feel it working. Slight smell. Warming sensation shortly after being applied. Recommend.
