My primary care doctor recommended this to help stop muscle cramps. Seems to work quite well. The pills are large but coated so they are fairly easy to swallow with water.

My Doctor recommed this brand. As we age, our magnesium levels get lower. It’s important to supplement your magnesium!

Great magnesium supplement. I’ve been taking it for over a year and still works for me! It relaxes me enough to sleep throughout the night. I’ve referred it to friends and they like it as well.

My wife has been using these forever for heart health and muscle cramps. The price is the best I’ve seen anywhere.

I’ve been taking SlowMag Muscle + Heart Magnesium Chloride with Calcium Supplement for a few months now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my overall well-being. The combination of magnesium and calcium has helped alleviate the muscle cramps I used to experience after workouts. I also feel more at ease knowing that it’s supporting my cardiovascular health. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort, which I appreciate.
What stands out to me is the enteric coating on these tablets, which seems to aid in better absorption without causing any digestive issues. I’ve tried other magnesium supplements before, but this one feels more effective and gentle on my system. The 120-count bottle lasts a good while, making it a convenient addition to my daily routine. Overall, I’m satisfied with this supplement and plan to continue using it to maintain my muscle and heart health.
