I don’t normally write reviews – but this product is WORTH IT! I was considering PT or a pricier gym assessment/massage for several months of nagging neck pain – but decided to try this option first. My expectations were low – but I figured $25 was worth a shot – and I’ve been really impressed. It gives a good, deep muscle massage and provides really excellent, immediate pain relief. The heat function isn’t super noticeable IMO, possibly because the kneading massage quality is so good?
I can see where people could complain about the aggressiveness/hardness of both the apparatus itself and the massage it provides; it does take a minute or so to get used to/loosened up – but as long as you’re not someone who despises deep tissue massages (in which case, I’m not sure why you’d buy this…) – it becomes comfortable quite quickly.
I can also see where people aren’t pleased with “fit” – the ball spacing isn’t adjustable, so that’s too be expected – but I think that most people with a semi-standard build will find some positioning that’s comfortable and effective.
I haven’t messed much with the speeds and don’t have feedback on long term durability – but first impression and early results are great.

I’ve purchased two of these and neither one lasted more than 2 months before the cover ripped off and made it unusable. If you are looking for pain relief for 1 to 2 months, this is great and really can make a difference, but if you are looking for something durable for long term (6 months plus) care, you will be very disappointed. I just cant bring myself to buy a third one in less than 1 year’s time. SMH.

I just received this today, yes I said today. I’m already writing a review, that’s how good it is. I have been injured for past 2 weeks in my back. I had an accident 12 years ago, where I landed on my tailbone from the fall. Every so many years when it gets cold, is when it gives me problems. However, this time was the worst ever. I went to ER, and they gave me shots and the next day full pain. 7 days later after barely being able to move yet still going to work, I went to urgent care. They put me on steroids however the knot of pain in my lower right side. I went to the gym today which helped with the majority. I received this early in am when I had gotten back. It is almost 6pm and I have yet to take it off lol. This isn’t just a massage, this is a life saver. The reason I got this one, was the reviews and size. The hear plus the deep massage has made my back feel like a 10 again. Just buy it.

Received this early in the morning today. I see tons of massage devices shoved in closets, at thrift stores, and all over Marketplace, so I was wary. However, my sciatica murders me daily and while my handheld massage gun is great, it isn’t easy to reach back there — especially for a long time. Plugged this beast in (I was surprised it was smaller than expected) and let it do its job. The pressure of the massage arms, the heat, and the size are perfect. Back pain was wiped out (for a while at least) and I was able to be a person for a bit. It feels obnoxiously good. I will be buying some for friends and family for gifts and another for my car. Appears to be great quality and I know some people don’t like the fabric, so we’ll see how it goes!!

I’m happy with this massager, especially for the price. I wanted to review it so I could make a suggestion to potential buyers or owners. I found the rotating “balls” to be a bit too much (mildly uncomfortable) on certain parts of the neck and lower back. There is a perfect fix for this: fold up a terry cloth bath towel 4 times and lay over the face of this unit.
Then it feels GREAT. Having had neck surgery 10 mos ago, with the thick towel over this it really loosens up my neck.
The mfg should consider padding this thing and it would be perfect! I still recommend.
