When my wife was pregnant (many years ago), she had to sleep on her side, and she used a pillow between her legs. I’m a side-sleeper, so I decided to give it a try. The pillow really helps to keep the circulation flowing in my legs (otherwise, my knees seem to cut it off). Nonetheless, I still tend to flip between sides because my shoulders start to hurt.
Switching the pillow back and forth woke me up too much, so I was using two pillows, which didn’t leave much room for me. This little guy solves all those problems. It fits nicely between my legs and does the job. Furthermore, I can switch sides without adjusting anything!
When I got it, the outer cover was a little rough, but it easily unzipped, and after I washed it once, it was much softer. It’s a keeper!

By how small this pillow is I didn’t think it would work my pillows that I have on my need are big and bulky and get in the was this one is so small and soft I just knew it wasn’t going to work but it is wonderful I love it’s very comfortable while I’m sleeping I can tell the difference in my pain level first night I got it there was no pain I didn’t use it the second night I could tell I difference I was uncomfortable all night and woke up with pain after that I being making sure I have it, if you have sciatic nerve pain or back/leg pain of any kind this pillow works great!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so sad. I was so hopeful this would help. Especially after reading the reviews. I’ve been suffering with osteoarthritis in my lower back and knees for years. I’m curvy, and a side sleeper. To make matters worse, I recently injured my PCL. I’ve been sleeping with a throw pillow between my knees, and it helps. So I thought I’d upgrade to an actual knee pillow. When I opened it, it expanded instantaneously. The quality is great, it’s firm yet squishy, and comes with a removable cover. I immediately tried it out laying on the couch and it was so comfortable. When going to sleep for the night, I usually toss and turn trying to find a comfortable position, not with this pillow, I immediately felt supported and fell asleep within minutes. So where’s the problem, about 4 hours in, I woke with such pain and stiffness. This pillow felt so hard it was painful to use. I ended up getting my throw pillow, and was able to fall back asleep. I think the firmness of this pillow prevented me from adjusting in my sleep, and with osteoarthritis staying in one position for too long isn’t good. If you’re looking for something to keep you from tossing and turning, and finding one comfortable position, then this is for you. But if you need to constantly adjust, this may not be what you’re looking for.

Although the product is suitable for what it claims, it is a bit too small for larger people but should be OK for smaller people. I have had similar products of this shape previously but they have all been a bit larger and therefore are more fit for purpose.

I have used this every night since I got it! I used to use a pillow but found it made me too warm, this was definitely a game changer. It doesn’t make you over heated, it’s soft and keeps its form so no need to rotate it all the time.
