This seemed small when I first opened the package but it’s big on making my back feel better. It corrects your posture. It’s light weight and easy to carry into a restaurant or anywhere for sitting for a long period of time. I use it when I’m driving around running errands and it helps maintain good posture after getting in and out of the car. Good pricing.

I have a slipped disc but this supports my back in all the right places. It can be used on an office chair (in conjunction with a stable foot-rest), couch, car, on the floor, even in bed! Even if you don’t have a back problem you should get it.

This does help with lumbar support, but I paid more for this particular one vs other cheaper options hoping it would have enough cushioning on the bottom. I feel like it could have more gel support for your butt. I ended up buying a gel mesh pad, as it was a little uncomfortable for extended use without something.

I was very sceptical about this item and thought it was rather expensive, but it is worth every penny. It’s so versatile, i take it everywhere with me, work, home ect. Highly recommend, really supports your back and is extremely comfortable.

My partner works in the living room and this is great since it can be placed on the sofa. It helps his back and stops them from slouching or get back problems.

Sitting on this is not exactly enjoyable, but that’s ok. I have a bad habit of slouching when at my computer desk. This support chair makes that fairly impossible by continually reminding me to sit up straight like an obedient school student in the olden days. If you slouch at all it will dig uncomfortably in to your back or legs, which quickly reminds you to correct your posture. Unfortunately, even when sitting properly, the bottom is not very comfortable. There is some slight padding but I can feel the hard shell of the seat pressing up under my legs.

So all in all, this is uncomfortable no matter how you slice it, but it does a great job of correcting poor sitting posture.

This unit is a solid plastic mold with gel pads. The universal fit is nice – it should fit most chairs. The trainer does force proper posture in any chair. The down side is this unit still seems possible to slide off of the chairs – it would almost be better to include a strap to secure.
