Works more as a reminder than a physical corrector. Easily adjustable to fit many different people. Focuses on the shoulders, not the lower back, so can still easily hunch the spine, but more annoying to curve shoulders in, thus the reminder to stay more upright. Can slip on/off over clothes quickly so can wear between meetings/when have spare moments alone.

Fits my friend, but it’s too big on me. I’m a US small with narrow shoulders, so the straps need to be secured down the center of my back. That works fine—as long as I have someone around to help me put it on.

I have scoliosis and am in my 40s, so back posture is especially important for me. I immediately noticed the high quality of this posture corrector. The straps are thick and easy to adjust. It’s also very well priced! Since wearing it for 30-60 mins a day, I noticed an improvement in my upper back. The spine actually cracks easily there now with a small arch while wearing this, similar to if I foam rolled. This is how I know it’s working to relieve the area of stiffness. It’s very comfortable and I forget that I’m wearing it! I have better posture for hours after and I’m sure if I continue for months, I will have better posture indefinitely.
