I got this for my daughter with fibromyalgia. She is only 22 and has lots of pain but working on masters degree can’t slow down. She drove from Wisconsin to Texas for school and said this saved her leg that wasn’t on the gas pedal. Also once in her apartment at school she said it helps between her knees,legs or thighs. She was really worried it would NOT be firm enough but it is firm enough. She has BONE DEEP PAIN. and this has helped A LOT!! I would guess my daughter is about 5’7 145lbs.
