This is a good supplement overall, but it would be nice if it included some whole food Calcium with it as well. I have read a lot of good things about strontium, and my husband does seem to notice a great difference in his health when he takes it in that his joints feel better and he is less stiff. When someone suffers from joint pain, usually calcium and magnesium help them as well, so that is why I wish this had come as more of a “packaged deal”. However, I would encourage people to give it a try because it may help relieve your pain. It is a pretty decent price too.

I am now in my early 70s. At least fifteen years ago was shown to have osteoporosis in several areas including wrists and hips. Listened to my acupuncturist for once and started taking BioStrong regularly. Since then I have had no diagnosis of Osteoporosis and maintained a level of Osteopenia since. I exercise and try to eat properly as well but believe that this product is helping and still take as directed every day. Of course you should check with your medical practitioner, as I did. I make no bones about it.

All I can say after taking these capsules for the past month is that I do not get any stomach upset whether taken with or without food. I was worried that the black pepper extract could give me some issues but my concerns were not valid after all. The capsules are easily swallowed and I seem to tolerate the ingredients just fine, so I am hopeful the health benefits come to fruition!
The bottle comes sealed and other reviews make me feel safe in regards to the quality control and eventual effectiveness of the Biostrong supplement.

Love the brand so willing to try the other products. I did a dexa scan and found out that my bone density is low. I was shocked so I’m in the market of finding supplements to help me with my bones.
The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow. I appreciate that they’re veggie caps with no artificial fillers, so the quality seems top-notch. Good nutrients and ingredients. I was curious why it has black pepper extract (BioPerine). But I think it’s for better absorption. The combo is good, no stomach issues for me.
Obviously, something like bone support isn’t an overnight thing you can “feel,” but I feel confident I’m taking a high-quality, targeted supplement for my long-term wellness. I like the company’s other products such as the blood builder one so I’m confident this one will help with my bones.
