I have been a long time user of EZ Melts & I have ordered EZ Melts many times. I am pleased to say that the pills arrived quickly & were generally in excellent condition. The pills were easily chewed & tasted okay, but left sand like residue on my teeth which is not uncommon with calcium supplements. I did not have any digestive issues caused by the magnesium.
I am now over 50 & noticed that recently I have been having aches, muscle fatigue, & general pain which have been uncommon as a vegetarian so I felt that the product was now not helping me. I did some research & learned that calcium might not be of benefit to me since I am over 50 & supplementation may cause more harm to my heart & kidneys & does not prevent Osteoporosis. I also learned that Magnesium Oxide which is in this product is a cheap form of Magnesium that is not easily synthesized. Calcium is better synthesized with D3 & Magnesium which was initially appealing to me; however, a different form of Magnesium would be more beneficial for absorption. For me, diet may be the safest bet.
