I love this product. Nature’s Bounty always delivers high quality, and these tablets are no exception. I’ve noticed improvements in my nails, bones, and energy levels. It also gives me peace of mind knowing it supports my immune system. The pack size is good and easy to take. Highly recommended.

I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my energy and joint comfort. It’s a great formula with the right combination of minerals for bone and immune support. The only downside is that the tablets are a little large, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, keep that in mind. Still, it’s a great product and the price is excellent for the quality!

İçinde magnezyum oksalat ve sitrat var. Oksalat diare yapabilir ve iyi emilmez. Sitrat iyidir. Benim kolumdaki kas kramplarına iyi geldi ama günde 1 tablet magnezyum açısından yeterli değil başka ürün alın bence

this is part of my bed routine. Magnesium deficiency appears to be a thing. I have this at night. Supposed to help with sleep (Mg). happy its got Ca for bones and Zn for immunity as well. Overall a great product.

The pill size is a bit on the large size. So my daughter chews it rather than swallowing. So it obviously does not have a bad taste too, I guess.
