Having the head wrap and the neck is a game changer. When a migraine starts small and travels through your head and neck the ability to get the cooling on both at the same time is so convenient. Seems to be made very well making it a great value. The size seems to be perfect.

I suffer from daily headaches, migraines and neck pain. I cannot praise this company enough. They are a lifesaver some days.
It’s like a nice light head hug with the gel comfortability. The slight pressure from the cap helps relieve that head throb and the cooling helps with my eye swelling from the migraine. The neck wrap helps bring the swelling and pain level in my neck down also. I have two caps and one neck wrap. I’ve tried a lot of different “gel types” like this but this company is by far the best for quality.
My only criticism is I wish they stayed cold longer. I put mine in the freezer which helps a little with that.

This is so nice! I normally prefer hot to cold stuff, but this is just so soothing!
It’s soft, silky, not too heavy… I originally bought it for the neck, but I wound up using the head more often. It keeps cold even out of the fridge (Genuinely COLD!!), so it’s always ready for use. It’s fantastic if you have a migraine or tension headache, I use it to rest and even fall asleep with one. Especially during the day when it’s too dark.
Normally I can’t have ANYTHING on my head, not this thing! It’s really a wonderful find.

I kept the product but in some ways prefer another product: the Comfytemp Large Ice Pack for Neck Shoulders Upper Back Pain Relief with Straps, HSA Eligible FSA Wearable Reusable Gel Ice Wrap with Cold Compression Therapy Recovery for Upper Back, Cervical (L) , which I also bought on Amazon. It stays cold longer. However, as said, I kept both the ONLYCARE and the COMFY. The ONLYCARE stays as cold as the COMFY but only for about 15 minutes. The pictured product is still colder after that time frame but not as cold as the COMFY. A pro of course of the pictured product is that it is definitely softer; and yet it does not grip the body as snugly as I had imagined. It’s actually a bit too big! Both products soothe, but the COMFY has different sizes to choose from and stays at a lower temp longer.

Yeah, the review of the 20 I would do so and give it 20 stars. Only care for your care hits the spot. Gladly be a spokes person for this item. The following morning, I had a headache level eight on the same scale that would have to take me and lay down ina cold dark room. Took my meds then pulled out my new purchase of onlycare head cap and shoulder apron. I was presently surprised at its comfort. I had a towel on my shoulder, just in case. It was needed. It was not needed. They were both cooled to perfection! Slipped them both on and immediately relaxed. Nothing was too cold. The material was perfection. It has gel in it that looks so there is no lumps. It’s smooth and comfortable. It is something you can sleep in every night It’s that comfortable. I 100% only.Migraines but other neck or shoulder or back problems to purchase this packet. It is Definitely going to be a game changer for me. You a walk around freely with them. I am now going to be looking for them to come out with a best one so you can wear it all day to help your back ,shoulders and arms. Day to make one for legs. Needs to Be heating and cooled option. Genuinely love this cap when it comes to my headaches. I feel it works in a way where it distracts from the pain when you pull it out of the freezer. The pressure around the head feels decent too. The neck one is good as well. But I also suffer from feet that get extremely hot at night and love to use this to cool my feet.
