These are awesome and you don’t even have to freeze them. The refrigerator is perfect. Product is exactly as described. The are comfortable and I am wearing the size XL.

Perfect for sports recovery. My son is a 12u baseball catcher and he uses these after every game on his knees for muscle recovery. He loves them and he can move around in them or even sleep with them on. We recommended them to our team pitcher and he purchased them for arm recovery as well.

Bought two blue cold pak with the velcro ties, both leak within a week.
This sleeve is excellent. I’m 5’11” 179lb. and this small fit just right, snug. Use the size chart. Stays cold 15 to 20 minutes. Like that I can roll it to work only on my rist.

The idea is great they just don’t stay cold long. My daughter uses them mainly and always puts a long sock in because she says she is sticky from it afterwards.
