This collagen supplement works amazingly well on my hair and nails. Within a week of taking this supplement, I felt like my nails were stronger and less likely to split. My hair feels fuller, stronger and doesn’t fall out as much. I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my skin yet, but I am optimistic that this will change over time with regular consumption. I have also noticed a good energy boost, improved digestion, and more! I have only been taking these capsules for a few weeks and am thrilled with my results so far.
The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, which makes this bottle a 40-day or 1-month supply. In that respect, it is a fair price and worth it if it keeps me looking young! These capsules are odorless and flavorless. They are a good size and easy to swallow. I take these capsules with a meal and plenty of water. I have not noticed any negative side effects thus far. This is a good quality product if you are looking to supplement your collagen as it has so many other health benefits, too.

What an easy way to take bone broth and collagen every day. These pills are on the large size so it’s a warning if you have a tough time swallowing. It says 3 pills are the serving size. I prefer to take these in the morning to get my day started off on the right foot. These are great since you can bring them when traveling or short on time. I have felt good while taking these so these are definitely a new addition to my daily regimen.

I’ve been wanting to integrate more bone broth into my diet, but, being postpartum with four kids, I don’t have much time to mess around with that right now. That being the case, I was so excited to find these! It, literally, could not be more convenient to add that bone broth into my diet now.
The capsules go down easily, but I’m also used to taking a bunch of supplements. The only reason for the four stars is that 3 capsules is just so many capsules to take for a serving size! I would much prefer being able to take 1 or 2 and calling it good.

It’s hard to review a supplement as most require extensive long-term use to notice a difference. Collagen is also one of those things that you may never see a visible improvement but you are hoping it is making a difference internally. On that note though, this collagen appears to be made of high quality ingredients using grass-fed beef and bone broth. It comes with 120 capsules and with a serving size of 3 per day, it should last you around 40 days.
All in all, it seems to be similar to other collagen supplements on the market. This one however, does leave somewhat of a beefy aftertaste in my burps which isn’t a problem to me but if you care about that then maybe consider a different brand. Otherwise though, this seems to be a good collagen supplement that is simple and easy to take.

These supplements are odorless and tasteless. They’re about the normal size for supplements so they’re fairly easy to swallow. I don’t have any stomach issues or any side effects after taking them for a few days but everyone is different.
It would be nice to know how much collagen these supplements provide. I am not quite sure and there’s nothing on the label that shows it. The label does mention it’s keto and paleo friendly, non-GMO and has no dairy, soy, or gluten. Obviously, it’s not vegan as well. There is also no information about the country of origin beyond a “Distributed By” statement, for a company in New Jersey.
As always, check with your physician to see if these supplements are right for you before taking them.
