I love this tape works very well but is very sticky! Be careful with hairy areas cause you will get a wax.

The Dimora kinesiology tape works really well for muscle and joint support. The precut strips make it super convenient — no scissors needed and easy to apply, even on tricky areas like shoulders and knees. The adhesive stays on through workouts and showers without peeling. It’s comfortable, flexible, and helps reduce soreness after long days. Great value for the amount you get in the pack. Takes away th pain by the way , I don’t know how but it helps.

This tape is amazing! It’s easy to use. The stickiness is excellent. The material is soft and comfortable. The pain I have before putting the tape on goes away very quickly. I like that it’s precut, it makes it easier for if I need tape on the go. I can put a piece or two in my purse. I highly recommend this tape.

The first time I taped I ordered one roll of Rock Tape because so many others said it was the best. It worked fine with no issues but it’s too expensive to keep purchasing so I found this brand and thought I give it a try. I can’t tell the difference between this brand and Rock Tape. I think I’m on the 4th day of having my foot taped and it hasn’t peeled at all. It’s been through 3 showers as well as sleeping without a sock over it and it still is as adhered to my skin as the day I put it on.

So far so good. I was concerned when I opened the box and it is much thinner that KT tape, but it has been on for three days and no pealing on the edges yet. KT always started to roll on the edges at this point. Only my first use, but for 1/4 of the price, I am happy.
