I began taking these as a cheaper DAO supplement and im so glad! It’s helped me get through allergy season! I wish i had discovered this long ago because it sounds cliché but its truly been life changing and I’m obsessed!

Works great as a DAO supplement for histamine-intolerance. Only drawback is the rice flour filler, if that’s an issue for you.

The Carlyle Grass Fed Beef Kidney Supplement is a great source of DAO. I take them for breaking down histamine and they work great! I am sensitive to the plant-based DAO made from pea sprouts. The porcine (pig) ones don’t agree with me like beef do. I have been taking them for 4 years and have tried ALL the beef ones from expensive to budget-friendly (like these) and these are my favorite. Being grass-fed and New Zealand sourced is important to me, as they are a healthier beef source. These are my favorite and I have them on subscribe and save. I take anywhere from one to three (10-15 minutes before eating) per meal, depending on how low or high the meal is in histamine. I never have a bad reaction. They are the best bang for your buck too, which is always a plus.

I read that an enzyme called DAO was very high in beef kidney, and that it breaks down excess histamines. So I bought this for my chronic urticaria. It works!!! I have to be careful to avoid my worst triggers (grains, sugar, dairy), but I’m able to have some things that I haven’t been able to have in years! Things like coffee, chocolate, and peanutbutter.
I haven’t gone completely carnivore yet, but I am thinking about it after experiencing the healing nourishment in grass fed organ meats! Please dont ever change this product, except maybe to make it organic!

I love these kindney supplements. I’ve taken kidney supplements for a couple of years and a few months ago found this brand. It works just as well but it more economical. It has helped my stomach so much.
