This product that said it would block carbs seemed to , in my opinion, enhance the intake of cards. I and type 2 Diabetic and have been managing very well. A1C maintains at 5.5 and my glucose is normally at 81 in the morning. I am careful about what I eat. But when I took this capsules for a few days ( no chg in diet) my morni levels increased significantly; as in from 81 to 156. I full out panicked! In the trash they go because they have a no return policy. I will nevah again purchase anything with a no return policy. I thought about it realized no return policies may because they already know the product is no bueno! My advice/ opinion is to by-pass purchasing this. Just my experience and opinion!

I have been taking these for years. It was good for when I wanted to eat carbs like a potato, dessert or other carbs. They did seem to work years ago when I started, but now I don’t know if they still work as well. I will finish this bottle. Maybe I need to stop for a while and try a different brand to see if there’s any difference.

Today was the first day I used it, and I can feel the difference already in how full I feel. I’ve used white bean extract blended in other vitamins before, they were more expensive and had other mixes. This single ingredient one has been very impressive so far.

If I am trying to lose way, I go on my daily walks and make sure to have these if I am eating over my calories, then if I am having something that will be carb full then I have one. It literally helps me not exceed my calorie limita when I am stretching and over my limit! Fully recommend
