No change in energy levels

This Pycnogenol is good, with a high content of ingredients, and it also contains turmeric powder and grape seed extract. Dr. Berg said it can prevent the formation of new plaques and stabilize existing carotid artery plaques, so I bought this along with Centella Asiatica and Vitamin K2, hoping to see amazing results in a year’s checkup.

I’ve been taking NOW Gotu Kola for a few weeks, and I’m really happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed better focus and overall well-being. Definitely a product I’d buy again!

I don’t usually write reviews unless a product truly impresses me—and Gotu Kola has definitely earned a place in my daily routine.
I had read a few things about its traditional use for cognitive support, circulation, and even skin health, but I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started taking it.
Let me say this clearly: I’ve noticed a real, measurable improvement in my focus, memory, and overall mental clarity since I began using Gotu Kola. I take one capsule in the morning and one at night, and that simple change has made a surprising difference.
Mental Clarity & Concentration:
Within the first 4–5 days, I began to feel more mentally “awake,” especially in the mornings. Tasks that usually felt scattered or overwhelming became easier to organize and complete. I found myself less distracted, with a smoother sense of mental flow—almost like my thoughts were more “in sync” and less foggy.
Memory & Mental Sharpness:
I also noticed an improvement in memory—both short-term recall and general sharpness throughout the day. Names, numbers, and small details I’d normally forget came back to me more naturally. It’s not a stimulant like caffeine, but rather a clear-headed calm focus that actually seems to build with regular use.
Day and Night Use:
Taking one capsule in the morning helps me start the day with mental energy and purpose, while the second capsule at night doesn’t disrupt my sleep—in fact, it seems to help me feel more balanced and relaxed before bed. It’s rare to find something that supports both daytime alertness and nighttime calm, but for me, Gotu Kola does exactly that.
Tolerability:
It’s also very gentle on my system. No stomach issues, no jitteriness, no weird side effects. I pair it with a few other supplements, but this one stands out because the results were so clear. I didn’t expect to feel a difference so quickly, but I truly did—and still do.
Final Verdict:
Gotu Kola has become one of the most underrated but valuable tools in my wellness routine. Whether you’re looking to support your brain, balance stress, or simply feel more mentally organized throughout the day, I highly recommend giving this herb a try. Natural, effective, and well-tolerated—it has exceeded my expectations.
I’ll definitely keep this one in my daily stack

This is a good budget friendly supplement for kidney health.
Since I am on prescription oral pills I know my liver and kidneys are relatively stressed (Qhich is normal with oral medication) so I take this supplement along with a Milk Thistle supplements so both my Liver and Kidneys remain in better health.
Highly Recommended.
