   This product is very good. I spent a lot of time researching it, trying to find the best price and quality. Results? My nails grow stronger. Sometimes it’s an inconvenience because I have to cut them more frequently. My wife comments that her hair looks better, so I’ll have to buy it again. It’s an excellent product. I recommend it. I wish the bottle were bigger, more convenient for making a single purchase. It’s tasteless and doesn’t upset the stomach. It’s an excellent product. I recommend it.

   This product dissolves easily and mixes well in any liquid. I mixed it with water because other reviews stated that the powder was completely tasteless, however, I find that it has a HORRIBLE taste and smell when mixed with plain water. Once mixed with another powdered water flavoring, the taste was almost completely masked and I was able to drink it. I will update my review if there are any noticeable health benefits from use.

   After several months of consistently using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, I can honestly say it lives up to the hype. My main reason for trying it was to help reduce the hormonal hair loss and acne associated with my endometriosis, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement. I also have seen unexpected benefits such as stronger nails, smoother skin, and less joint pain after exercise, which is great specially for a person with some past sport injuries.

   I’ve used both the regular powder and the newer version. I recently switched to this one because the added Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) felt like a great upgrade for skin and overall wellness.

   I’ve enjoyed adding it to my matcha lately. It’s a great snack companion that not only mixes in flawlessly but also keeps me feeling fuller for longer, which helps with my energy levels throughout the day.

    I didn’t start taking this with any goals but as I’ve continued to use it, I notice my nails are stronger and have stopped peeling! I can’t contribute it to anything other than a better diet. I also fell I love with the way this has a slight vanilla flavor, but doesn’t taste like an artificial vanilla protein powder. It adds just enough vanilla without overpowering anything you mix it with. It’s very fine and doesn’t clump too much. I use this in hot and cold beverages and it works well every time. 👍🏻

While the container is a bit smaller than the one I used to get at Costco, Amazon is the only place I can find it and it’s absolutely worth it.
