If you suffer as I do with headaches then this combo will be a lifesaver. Plus, it does feel incredible for Hot Flashes…
The cold lasts a long time and it is comfortable to wear.

I fall asleep with these even when i dont have a headache. Just be careful not to leave it on too long or youll wake up and your forhead will be toasty. It fits well and doesnt slip off when im laying down. The eyemask coverage could be alittle better because i feel like i have to pull it down pretty far to get it to actually sit on my eyes. I dont put it in the fridge so it doesnt smell and its the perfect level of cooling for my head. I can easily wear it for 15-20 min before it gets warm and leaving it off for 10 min is enough before i put it on again

Amazing for headaches and migraines

Purchased this for my daughter that has really bad migraines and she loves it. She said it helps out a lot when she has headaches. You do have to get used to the ice-cold cap and neck wrap because you do have to put them in the freezer.

These are great devices! I wish they would stay cold longer, but works very well.

I’ve had nightly migraines for years and ice is the only thing that helps. It’s hard propping the bumpy ice packs around my head while I’m trying to sleep. This new hood encases my entire head and is very cold for about 15 minutes and then a little bit cold for an additional 1/2 hour. I wish it stayed super cold longer but still, it really helps me and is far better than the bags that hold beads/beans. After 45 minutes I swap the hood with the neck wrap (which is also easy to wrap around my head. They are really thin so takes up very little room in the freezer. The large sized one fits my very large head with room to spare. Also, it’s super soft and comfortable. I’ll keep using my ice bags along with this (because the ice lasts most of the night) – but I’m getting rid of all my bulky bean bags. I plan to buy another set of these so I am ready for even the worst nights. I wish I knew about these years ago.

If you get tension headaches this is a saving grace! The cap is a shock at first but moments later when the relief starts, it’s amazing. Sizing is a little difficult to determine. I ordered one size and then had to return it for a different size but that was a small inconvenienced and was well worth it. This stays cold enough for the time needed as I couldn’t imagine needing to keep an ice cap on much longer than the 5-10 minutes it stays cold. I am not sure what type of material the ice pack part is made out of but I enjoy that it stays extremely flexible even at it’s coldest point. It forms against my head and shoulders without creating any sharp points. This has become a staple in my family who all suffer from muscle tension.

These are frigging awesome. They work great if they’re frozen. Makes it nice and cold on your head when you’re having a migraine or when allergies have taken over. Reduces your eye bags and helped so much with neck pain I love this hands down. I would so much recommend this to everyone who has migraines or allergies.

I got these ice packs to help with my migraines that I get just about everyday, ice packs have always helped take them down a notch or two pain wise. So finding this one that was almost a full “hat” that you could pull over your head that iced down the entire head sounded perfect for what I deal with.
However, there are just a few things that keep it from being really great. The neck pack velcro’s shut right at the front of your neck and is comfortable enough if you’re sitting up with it on, but laying down with it on is another story since no matter if you’re on your back or side, it constantly feels on the verge of choking you. The hat is a little snug but not overly tight, it’s actually nice to have it fitted when it’s right from the freezer, but this is where I have a major problem with this pack that really disappoints me.
The hat part of this set cannot hold a cold temperature for more than 30 minutes at BEST. It’s actually probably less than that since after almost 15 minutes of wearing it, you immediately can feel the hat start to warm up right in the middle over your forehead. By the time 30 minutes is passed, you’re basically just wearing something that has gone completely warm. Given how long my migraines usually last, this is barely a drop in the bucket for relief. Instead I find that after those wonderful 15 minutes of cold, it just turns into an uncomfortable piece to wear entirely. The neck piece, however, stays nice and cold for well over an hour, it’s great for shoulder and neck pain, but gives almost no pain relief for the head piece given it barely last long enough to do much of anything.
Overall, it’s not what I thought it would be, but the neck piece works really well and the hat is pretty much just good for an initial blast of cold. Even after keeping it in the freezer for days at a time to try and get it as frozen as possible, 15 minutes is all you really get from the main part of this set. If you could find a neck ice pack separate that’s made of the same stuff, I’d recommend just that if you have neck and shoulder pain. The hat is useless after 15 minutes, you might as well just be wearing a tight beanie for the hell of it.

I bought 2 set of the pair. As I would switch between one set while the other is being freezed. What I didn’t expect is the rate of speed the cool down… they last 15 minutes at a good cool. They are very comfy and well made, good quality.

I use cold caps when I have a headache or migraine. I love this set because they hold the cold well and are very convenient.
