One of the few omega-3 brands that my kids will eat. They don’t like the flavor if it has fish oil. One has decided to be a vegetarian like me. This is the brand I would prefer them to eat because this one is not fish oil. The omega 3 is plant sourced.

It’s hard to find Omega 3 gummies that are vegan and I was so glad to find these. They contain the essential nutrients for proper brain development and this is very important for growing children. My child is 7 and I feel this is great for her. The only con is the taste; it does have a bit of a medicinal taste which my child doesn’t like but she’ll still eat it. I dont like the vitamin gummies that are packed with sugar and I find it counterintuitive to give something to my child that is suppose promote good health but is packed with too much sugar. Overall the quality of these gummies are good and I am pleased with them.

I really wanted these TruHeight Brain Growth Gummies to work for my 2-year-old. The ingredients seem great—Omega-3, DHA, and other brain-supporting nutrients, which is precisely what I was looking for in a kids’ supplement. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and gluten-free.
Unfortunately, my toddler wouldn’t touch them. The gummies have a pretty strong medicine-like smell and taste, which was a big turnoff for him. I even tried breaking them up or mixing them with other foods, but no luck.
Overall, I’m giving it 3 stars because the formula looks solid and they may work well for other kids, just not for mine. I say the quality ingredients in this gummy are worth the money.

You can really smell the fish oi powder (fish is not vegan) in these. My kid hated these. I can’t stand the smell of these either. The dog likes them, though.

These mixed berry gummies taste good enough that kids don’t fight taking them, which makes them a big win in our household. They include omega-3, DHA, and a blend of vitamins designed to support memory and focus, which is exactly what I was looking for in a kids’ supplement.
I like that they’re all-natural and vegan, so I feel better about giving them daily. It’s too soon to measure cognitive results, but as a way to ensure my child is getting brain-healthy nutrients, these are a convenient and enjoyable solution. The smell isnt the best, but my little one doesnt notice. The price seems fair. So far they seem super effective!

Total Omega-3 fatty acids 57.50 mg, a superb amount as compared to competing products.
DHA 50 mg: Docosahexaenoic acid is an omega−3 fatty acid that is an important component of the human brain, cerebral cortex, skin, and retina. Note however that these 50 mg are part of the total 57.5 mg of Omega-3, so I would not count this as an extra delivery.
Phosphatylcholine (PC) 25 mg, are a class of phospholipids that incorporate choline as a headgroup. They are a major component of biological membranes. I don’t know whether this mass being delivered is abundant or minuscule.
Omega-3 fatty acids are well-known as important to brain function; the high amount delivered by this product makes it very credible and on-the-mark, so I rate it five stars.

Unfortunately, these have a such a fishy flavor my daughter can’t handle it. I’m sure they’re quality vitamins but that taste is off putting for kiddos.
