I bought it for my nieces – 4 years old and 6 years old girl. They both love the tastes. It contains many vitamins so I hope it will support their immunity. About tall, I’m not sure yet, maybe I will give them more to see the results in a long time.

Bought a pack of 6 for my 8yo nephew with lactose intolerance since he was a kid. We worried that he was always under the growth chart. I bought it for my son. I don’t know if it is working. But this needs to have a lot of water in the mixture. Otherwise it still remains residues at the bottom. It doesn’t dissolve well. He still sit there and he doesn’t bother to drink again

My son was 5th grade when he started taking this supplement. He was so concerned about his height. He was the shortest in his grade. I started researching if any supplement would help him grow. My daughter has been taking this with the hopes of growing at least a 1/2 inch. Didn’t happen and she’s been taking this over a year now.

This product has good ingredients and it has different types that you can choose from based on your needs. I bought this for my 13 year old daughter hoping this will help her grow a bit more since she had her growth spurt early and her pediatrician recommended to give her growth supplement. I did some research and readings about growth supplements and Nubest is my top choice. My daughter has been taking it for a month now and so far she grew about 0.5cm. The capsule has no taste (no bad taste), a bit big but my daughter is not having a hard time swallowing it and you can open the capsule and mix the powder with food or your preferred drink. I suggest to have a routine or schedule on when to take it so that your child will make it a habit and make sure to get plenty of sleep and nutritious diet.
