I think I found the best thing for my migraines! I get frequent migraines (especially toward the end of the week), and medication hardly helps. This cap stays cold and has the perfect amount of compression, which has made a huge difference for me. It’s helped reduce the downtime I usually have during migraines, and it’s surprisingly very affordable. I highly recommend trying it if medication or other remedies haven’t worked for you.

This product is a must for migraine sufferers. It’s cool and not harsh feeling and feels amazing when your head hurts. It’s cool also blocks the lights. It will muffle sounds so if sound sensitive it truly helps. Make sure to keep in the plastic bag in the freezer if not the fabric will pick up freezer smells.

Highly recommend this product! It’s a little too intense to apply to sinuses at first but as it warms a bit it’s very effective pain relief for migraines. Can lay on it for neck or pain in the back of the head. I also use this gel pack on my lower back & apply to sciatic nerve pain. Great product!
