I just received this product yesterday. The fabric feels soft but I think it needs to be refrigerated to stay cool.

OK friends my honest review run and buy this now. I bought it because I get migraines and it works wonders. I can also use it to wrap around my knee when my knee is bothering me. I’ve used it on my arm. It goes in the freezer. it is the perfect little gadget for any sore spots. It’s soft it freezes fast and it is so useful run grab one now.

I specifically purchased this head wrap ice pack because I had surgery and my old migraine ice wrap had seams on the sides that hurt the surgical site behind my ear. I hoped that this wrap would do the trick. I was not disappointed. This wrap-around ice pack soothed my surgical site and the sensitive new scar behind my ear.
The wrap came out of the package cool and stayed that way for about 10 minutes. Next I tried it after it was in the fridge overnight. It stayed cool for about 45 minutes, which is perfect for allowing pain meds to kick in. I haven’t tried it in the freezer yet, but will update this review when I do.
Now, when I get migraines, I have mostly tension or sinus migraines, so the wrap around feature is perfect. I can adjust how loose or tight the ice pack is, so the fit is perfect. It even fits my son’s head and he has a huge Charlie Brown head. It also hits both the nape of my neck and my forehead and nasal passages at the same time. For those of you who need a spherical ice pack because you’re migraines include the top of your head, you may not like this pack as it doesn’t get that, but since I have an absurd amount of hair, as you can see in the video, the opening was a must.
The quality of the ice wrap was outstanding. The inner fabric that touches the face is silky and comfortable. The outer fabric is grippy enough to hold onto the velcro, but is not so rough that it’s annoying. The gel is about 3/4 of an inch thick so I was able to lay on my bed without a pillow and still be comfortable. There is a mild smell when first opening the plastic package, but I left it out to air and it dissipated.
The ice pack is definitely worth the money.

I work on computer all day and often have headache from working complex mathematical problems for a long time. This cap provides me much needed relief after I’m done with my day and lie down for a quick nap. It does take a while to cool down, so I recommend putting it in freezer at least for around 4 hrs, before use. I’ve been using it twice a day for around a couple of weeks now and very happy with it.

It’s so soft compared to other ice packs. Stays cold about 15 mins which is expected but can get cold pretty fast.

Very nice I like it but the only thing is that it doesn’t stay cold for long maybe if I leave it over night but I put it in the freezer for 20min n it lasted like 15 minutes cold but it’s nice not to thick and I would get a big size so it don’t fell to tight n give u a bigger pain

This cap worked well for a period of time but no no longer stays cool. The material is starting to disintegrate on the edges and is no longer safe for me to use. I liked it in the beginning but now not so much.
