The screw it brings does not fit!!! I’m having to go out of my way to find something at a hardware store because the is the second replacement they have sent

I wasn’t sure if we needed a toddler tower — but now that we have this Alacebelle one, I can’t imagine not having it! My 2-year-old uses it every single day, whether it’s baking together, washing up, or just watching me make his lunch sandwich.
It folds flat in seconds (a massive win when you don’t want bulky gear out all the time) and feels really sturdy and safe. With the extra step on this model, he can safely climb in and out of it by himself.
I love the soft wood tones and simple design — it fits right in with the rest of our home, which isn’t always the case with toddler equipment! The fact that it encourages independence while keeping him secure at counter height is exactly what we needed. It’s honestly one of the most useful things we’ve bought since he started walking.
Highly recommend to any parent who wants to involve their toddler in real-life activities without the stress. You won’t regret it.

We absolutely love this Alacebelle folding toddler tower for our 2 kids aged 2 & 5. They both can stand on it at the same time to help out at the kitchen counter. It is used every day between the kitchen and washing hands. Huge benefit of this model is that it can fold up so easy and I can store it in the closet when I want my kitchen space back. I chose this tower because I liked the extra step and the little handle on the ladder part, and I’m glad I did as it means my 2 year old can climb up it with ease and I feel he is very safe in there then with the safety rail behind him. The wood is thicker than other models I have seen before so it is strong and I am confident this thing will last a long time in my house with the adjustable platform height too I can move it lower as my youngest gets older.

I only write reviews of products i have purchased on Amazon on an infrequent basis. However, i find it necessary to post a review to share my purchase and assembly experience with this item. My review will be an honest one as there were pros and cons with the pros greatly exceeding any cons. I also find it necessary to respond to some of the negative reviews posted here that i cannot agree with and find to be quite harsh and unfair.
I purchased this Toddler Tower Kitchen Step Stool about a month ago for my two year old granddaughter. Of all the choices on Amazon, I found this one to be modern looking, stylish, and had the appearance of being well made at an attractive and fair price. The stool arrived promptly. I read the paper instructions completely prior to assembly to familiarize myself with them which is my standard practice. There is a instructional video available, however, i was not able to access it on my flip phone (no smart phone for me). I agree with some that the paper instructions were not the best and i struggled in follow them at times to property assemble the stool. But, I persevered, taking my time, and was successful in properly assembling it. The seller has informed me that in the future the paper instructions will be edited and the wooden parts labeled with number or letter stickers to provide better clarity and guidance during assembly.
It has been stated here that the stool is not sturdy. I strongly disagree. If i did not find the product to be sturdy i certainly would not have allowed my granddaughter to use it. I will say that during assembly i fitted three main pieces together incorrectly. Had i continued with this incorrect assembly it is true the stool would not have been sturdy. However, i caught my error and assembled the stool properly according to instructions and I now find it to be very sturdy and stable.
My shipment included all parts with the exception of the white screw covers. Upon communication with the seller, the missing covers would have been forwarded to me had i made the request. I did not make the request because i would not, and I have never used, screw covers on any items i have assembled for a child. I consider these covers to be choking hazards should the child remove them, place them in their mouth, and swollow them.
It has been stated that some wood parts were cracked upon receipt. The stool is made with pine which is a soft wood. It is possible some wood parts may have been cracked during manufacture and drilling of the screw holes. It is also possible the purchaser may have cracked the wood during assembly by tightening the screws to tight and/or misaligning the wood pieces and attempting to screw into the wood missing the pre-drilled holes. None of my pieces of wood arrived cracked with the exception of a small rear support. The crack occurred at two of the pre- drilled holes in the support. As a result, the two screws would not tighten in the wood. I contacted the seller by e mail provided in the enclosed instructions. The response from the seller was prompt and courteous. The seller mailed me a replacement support.
Some have stated that due to difficulty in assembly, missing parts, and cracked pieces of wood they returned the stool to Amazon. I found this not to be necessary. The seller is most receptive to providing additional guidance for assembly. The seller is also receptive in mailing replacements for damaged or missing parts….negating the need to return the stool. Simply contact the seller at the e mail address included on the instructions or through Amazon if you should incur a problem.

This toddler tower has been a total game-changer in our house! It’s super sturdy and safe, with safety rails and an anti-tip design that gives me peace of mind while my little one helps in the kitchen or washes their hands. The natural wood and white finish also look great and blend in nicely with our home.
I love that it has three adjustable height levels, so the youngest and the oldest can use it. The wide steps and thick platform make climbing easy, and it feels really stable. Plus, it folds up quickly, which is great when we need extra space.
If you’re looking for a well-made, stylish, and practical toddler tower to encourage independence, this one’s a must-have!

Oh my gosh, this learning tower is a total win for us! My kiddo loves being up at the counter with me while I cook, and this thing is so sturdy and cute with its wood finish—matches our kitchen perfectly! The adjustable height and those high guardrails make me feel super safe, and it was pretty easy to put together. It’s light enough to move around, which is a bonus. We’ve had so much fun together, and it’s seriously a game-changer for mommy-kid time. Totally recommend it to all the mamas out there!

Folds up nicely and works perfectly for my small kitchen. My toddler really likes it. My husband was concerned about stability at first, but we’ve had no issues with it. It was fairly easy to put together. The hardware was missing, but they responded quickly to my emails. It took about another 7-10 days for the hardware to arrive (but this was around the holidays so it might be faster during a slower season).
