Proof you can glow up without giving up pancakes
I’ve been taking these collagen pills for months, and while I haven’t reversed aging or developed mermaid hair (yet), I have noticed some serious upgrades: my skin is smoother, my nails grow like they’re training for the Olympics, and my joints are way less dramatic during workouts.
Best part? No mixing, no mystery powders, no sad smoothies that taste like regret. Just a couple of pills with water, and you’re off living your best life—glowing quietly like a well-moisturized legend.
✅ Pros:
Multi-type collagen (I, II, III, V & X = overachiever formula)
Noticeably better skin and nail health
Joints feel less cranky
No taste, no mess, no effort
Actually affordable for a daily supplement
⚠️ Cons:
Pills are a bit big, but not horse-pill bad
You’ll start expecting compliments. They may arrive.
Serious note: I’ve used this brand consistently for several months and have seen reliable, real results. If you’re looking for a collagen supplement that actually does something—and fits into a realistic, non-influencer lifestyle—this is a solid choice I truly recommend.

Unfortunately , after ordering this product I discovered that the daily intake of Collagen should be 10g a day and this product has only 1600 mg for the 3 recommended capsules per day ! Thats why many reviews of this product are saying they felt no difference after taking this product for 3 months , because it doesn’t have enough Collagen ! Try other product with higher collagen doses

UPDATE 11/28/2024
I’ve been taking this supplement for over 6 months and less scalp shows through my part. My fingernails don’t bend when I trim them; they clip off as they should. I think this is a great product for my needs. I would also note that I’ve been vegetarian, and trending towards vegan, for years. So maybe this product works for me because I had a nutritional deficit. Hate to compromise my planet-friendly values but hate worse turning into an uggo. So sue me.
ORIGINAL – May 2024
My hair had been falling out in bunches and suddenly my scalp was showing through. 90% of my waking thoughts were about female pattern baldness, and yeesh, makes you feel so washed up.and miserable. So in desperation I decided to start taking collagen. A pharmaceutical scientist I know tells me that most supplements pass right through you and are a total waste of money. So, I was skeptical, but desperate. (what a horrible place to be, btw). I didn’t really have any hopes that this would do anything. You look at yourself every day in the mirror and don’t see the change right away. But several of my colleagues have been marveling that my hair looks thick and luxuriant. Yess! I’ll take it! I look again and I have more hair, and the diameter of the shafts are definitely thicker. I haven’t added any other supplements or used any different hair care products so it has to be this. My nails are also significantly stronger. Grateful for this product. I’m almost through the first jar and will be ordering another.

I was so happy when I found these collagen pills. I’m not and too drink liquid collagen so these are a great way to get my collagen. At 45, I can use all the help I can get for my hair, skin and nails.

Really helped my joints

I was really surprised to have issues with these capsules because I have absolutely never had an issue swallowing meds before. I take 3 citrucel caplets, a big multivitamin, and a big iron tablet all together in one fell swoop every day without issue. The citrucel in particular are larger and chalky but still, no issues.
However, these 3 capsules get stuck in my throat every single day. There isn’t enough water in the world to get them down. I have to wait and take them only when I’m in the middle of a meal so that I can be sure the food pushes them down. Even then, it’s like they get stuck at some point in my lower esophagus and it’s painful as the food moves them down forcefully. I’ve tried taking them separately to see if perhaps they just get stuck to each other, but that didn’t make a difference. I’ll be moving on to try a different brand of collagen capsules once I finish with my current container of these.
On a positive note, I can say that after 2 containers of these collagen capsules, the collagen itself does appear to be a good quality and I do see improvements in nail strength, plus less damage to my hair.
