Nice and small easy to swallow, no bad smells or taste. This pill is quite potent though so id make sure you are not taking too much D as its not water soluble like other vitamins. health benefits are sound and proven.

I am so glad I did my research on supplements and found a brand that isn’t afraid of 3rd party testing. Great quality, no taste, easy to ingest, fast shipping, seems to metabolize and work well. I won’t be needing any other brand for my Vitamin d, plus it has K2 infused, so not having 2 pills is a must.

I can’t say if it has worked for me because I haven’t done the blood tests, but I did my good research on this product and it turned out to be one of the best and lighter products, it shouldn’t fall hard on your stomach and it’s essential to take vitamin D with vitamin K for better absorption and so that calcium doesn’t accumulate in the bones, it’s a good product at a very good price and I know that in the end I’ll have very good results and very good value for money. It has very good absorption and a small size that will be easy to swallow and has no flavor and is very easy to digest.
