I really want to share this because I am so grateful for this supplement. My husband (56 years old) had pain in his knees so intense that he had started using a band with metal support on the sides because if he used it he couldn’t walk, he needed support, but since he started taking this brand he has improved in less than 10 days. He took 4 tablets, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, after a month he reduced it to 1 tablet in the morning and another in the afternoon. I must clarify that he used the previous presentation of 1500 and 1200. Unfortunately that presentation is out of stock and now we only have 1100, but I still suggest that he is fine and now he takes the recommended dose of 3 a day. We have already bought it 9 times. Good luck and I know that this review will help many people as it helped me who no longer knew what to do when I saw my husband desperate because of so much pain from walking so much that he was already thinking about retiring.

works great but know that you retain fluid which I think is why it works increasing fluid to your joints BUT I doubled my water intake and felt like I stopped peeing. Became constipated and it interrupted my sleep – insomnia. So pick you poison!

I saw a recommendation for these online somewhere. My dad has joint pain bc at the ripe young age of 75, he’s still super active and always working on one of his Gassers. I had these sent to his house and he’s usually not the suppliment kinda guy but now he asks for more when hes getting low. He says he wakes up and can move and has full movement back in his hands when he takes these!

I have been using this for the last 6 months and can definitely notice a difference in my knee joints. Less pain after long yard work sessions. Less pain from long term kneeling. Knee feels like it has increases mobility with less crunching noises. Doc said that this supplement is hit or miss but worth a try. I ran out of it for 2 weeks and within 3 days I noticed decrease ability to kneel, I had purchased a different brand that had more ingredients but it was not as good, came back to this one. I hate to swallow pills so I open the capsule and pour the contents over my eggs in the morning. Since it is flavorless there is no issue. I will definitely keep buying this product.

Great product. I took these several years ago. My bones and joints have done well, but recently I have had some knee pain. I ordered these again due to their success in the past. I’m looking forward to being pain free again! I received these so quickly after ordering! They are tasteless and odorless. Easy to take. If you prefer to open up the slightly large capsule, you can open them and put them in smoothies, like I use to do. My energy level is always good! No side effects!
