   This supplement has become such a smart companion for my daily routine.    Contrary to other “relatively” large glucosamine tablets, these “caplets” are very easy to swallow due to there compactness and coating plus a slight appealing peppery aftertaste. Also, contains vitamin c, manganese, and potassium.

   These pills are larger than I’d prefer but since they are coated they aren’t too hard to swallow. I take them everyday to help with arthritic joints and based on my experience will continue to do so.
