I swear by these for my bone health. I appreciate that a dose is one pill as some supplements use two pills to cover a single dose. I have not experienced any negative side efects.

Good product. Taking 2 tablets a day upped my Calcium levels. I do not combine with Magnesium or Iron tablets. I take them separately for better absorption.

This was recommended by my GP. Fast delivery in well packed condition. However, it will be expiring in 5 months time in Apr 2025.
