They don’t taste very good so I have a hard time getting her to eat anything but the red ones. But they do work. Overpriced for the taste quality beings that they are for children. If they don’t taste good they won’t eat them and if they don’t eat them they don’t work.

My 5 year old autistic son enjoys these fiber gummies, I never have a problem getting him to eat them. I tried one myself, the flavor is pretty good, but they are quite a bit larger, thicker, and chewier than regular fruit gummies. Might be a good idea to give just one at a time to younger children to avoid choking. Overall very happy with the product. Would recommend it, and will buy again.

These are great and part of my grandsons lives – per mom- daily. These came with an April 2021 expiration. They will be long gone before then – so I appreciate that.

Most kids fiber gummies we have tried are super chewy and stick in their teeth. These gummies aren’t as chewy. We love them! We will stick with this brand. Great tasting and affordable.

Can’t vouch for whether or not these make a difference, but they are tasty, and the shipper went above and beyond by including an ice pack to prevent clumping.

After years of issues with constipation, these are the only things that have worked for my daughter. She takes one a day, if she seems to be having more trouble than normal with pooping, she takes two a day until that clears up (1-3 days), then back to one a day. This keeps her regular. So happy we found these!!
