I’ve been using these for over a year now with my 5 and 8 year old and am a huge fan. Firstly, the kids love the taste, which is certainly a bonus. Secondly, I’m certainly no nutritionist, but the ingredients seem to not be over the top and feel appropriately allocated.
I’ve always had some hesitation with sleep supplements for my kids, wanting to ensure I don’t create any dependencies on substances for my kids to sleep. I’m an insomniac myself that has been medicating for many years to sleep, so I know the struggle when my kids are having a difficult time getting to bed on time, particularly in the summer when the sun is out longer.
With all that said, I only give my kids half a gummy each nightly. Now, that seems like a pretty negligible amount of Melatonin (we’re talking .25mg), and I don’t know if it’s just a placebo effect or what, but it works nearly every time at helping my kids wind down and get ready for bed. Occasionally I’ll give them a single whole gummy, but rarely.
My pediatrician also gave these a green light for use due to the low dosages.
Anyway, big fan, great product, always have it on hand!

I got these for my son who is very restless in the night and hard to fall asleep . He’s 7 I try with one and that never had an effect on him. The following night I give him two 30 mins before bed and he was knocked out sleeping peacefully . One night I tried it and two kick me to the curve so effective and easy to chew and swallow.

These are our favorite melatonin gummies. They are so soft and delicious, I just wish I could eat more than one. 😅 they work quickly to help us fall asleep, and don’t leave us feeling drowsy the next day. I did deduct a star for consistency. My last bottle didn’t seem to work as well, so I was often having to take two to have the benefits. This new bottle I ordered is back to what i expect from them, and one is just the right amount. I don’t think it’s me building up a tolerance to them, I think there are probably some quality control issues. That said, taking two is only a problem in the cost of the gummies because the taste is quite enjoyable.
