Works pretty well. This is my second bottle and with my constant low levels of iron, and D…. I need to take a multi vitamin. I chose this one as it had everything I was looking for. I’m on my second bottle….. I’ve noticed a better difference in my nails & hair. Took a bit but its does work. Doesn’t really have a taste or a smell. And is pretty easy to swallow. For the price this is definitely worth it and will keep taking and having as a staple for my vitamins.

I’ve been taking the Vimerson Health Multivitamin for Men since February (approximately four months now), and I’ve experienced significant positive changes in my overall health.
From about a week into taking them, I started noticing subtle improvements, and by the end of the first month, the benefits were clear as day. I’ve had:

I’ve been taking a wonderful menopause multi vitamin for 6 months but I felt it was starting to stall. I bought these to give those a break, and I guess because I was already on something similar, these kicked in pretty fast. Im on day 3 and I had energy, not as much as before but its a start! I also have IBS and gastritis and it has been gentle on my stomach.I will stay on these awhile.

Vitamins can vary on quality and purity of ingredients. My experience in using this product was a positive one. I felt more energized and focused. The pills were easy to swallow and the cost was reasonable. My stomach would get a bit upset if not taken with food. There was no bad aftertaste from taking them which was also appreciated. I have purchased two bottles so far and will continue to do so.

Jam packed with nutrients for sure and has really improved my mood, hormones, and energy levels! Ended up actually combining this supplement with some Fish Oil and Iron on the side since I’m pregnant, and it’s been perfect. Taking two at the same time does give me a tummy ache though so I take one in the morning and one in the evening — with high fat foods and lots of water (since some nutrients are fat soluble and others are water soluble)

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.

Not really sure how to review a vitamin. My wife had been on me for quite awhile about taking a vitamin of some type, so here we are. It’s a top recommended option by the mighty Amazon Gods. I guess it’s a good product. Not harsh on my stomach. Capsules are a bit large but easy-ish to swallow. I’ve had no problem taking them at night since I’d never remember to take them in the morning. I haven’t noticed any difference since taking them for a few months now, but I guess I’m healthier and my wife is happy I’m taking something finally.
