Best migraine cap! I like this one because it comes with a separate bandana style ice pack as well. This brand has a decent layer of gel, conforms well to your head and stays cold for a long time. I have tried several other brands and did not like them. I highly recommend this ice cap.

This migraine cap is soft, gel is soothing. However, it’s made for a larger person. If you are small framed it may not fit as seen in the picture. It falls down, covers my eyes or awkwardly somewhat covers my nose and mouth too. After 2 weeks, I thought I’d try wearing it backwards, slipping my pony tail through the open piece. Works great when worn backwards, gel is very soothing on upper migraines located top portion of head.

I really love the versatility of this migraine hat.It has a removable eye mask if you want to use it for just your eyes and not your whole head ,or you can wear the hat with the eye mask on if you want cold or hot treatment for your whole head and your eyes.You can raise the eye mask up on your head while wearing the hat if you want to read,etc..I have not used it for heat therapy yet but when placed in the freezer for a couple hours this mask feels so comforting when i have a headache or just need to cool off.I have also been using just the eye mask for my puffy eyes and it feels so nice.The hat is a bit loose on my head but still fits well enough that it doesn’t slide down.Im very pleased with the product and would recommend to others.
