   I have had back surgery a the Dr said I have spinal stenosis and I have done a lot but this gives me some relief. It is very strong but if u like the smell of Ben gay u will like this. It really doesn’t get hot maybe just warm. But it does help with the pain.

   This does seem to provide some type of relief but it was short term for my inflamed, throbbing legs & feet. I’d be good for small pain. Also…itchas a strong scent .
